In today’s world, prime reasons for distraction is : Social
Media & lack of goal.

(1) App notification: Now this play very significance role in letting ourself falls for social web. You must have felt that whenever you have any kind of notification, you just click on it & rest you waste hour or two easily. Regret follows next.
